Churchill Downs
R7 – MSW 60k
#4 Kilroy Was Here (4-1) – Should really take to route after two solid sprint tries.
#7 Applewood (12-1) – Eligible to improve, as he’s bred for two turns.
#2 Arrival (3-1) – Owns experience edge on most here and is heading in right direction figs wise.
#5 Sir Sahib (6-1) – Appears the extra real estate will help the Stronach homebred.
R8 – OC 100k / C
#4 Rise UP (3-1) – Has won off a freshening and speedster has been knocking on the door.
#5 Money Flows (3-1) – Lost to a good runner in most recent and this spot makes a lot of sense.
#3 Mo Tom (2-1) – Gets some class relief, but no cinch against this salty group.
#6 Encryption (5-1) – Comes in off a lengthy layoff, but has fired bullets for his return.
R9 – OC 62k/N2X (Turf 11F)
#10 Curl the Pearl (10-1) – Has shown improvement since switching to the turf. 11 Furlongs should be in her wheelhouse.
#1 Dontmesswithjoanne (5-2) – Winner last time out when she closed well and looks to get a nice ground save trip.
#2 Savannah Belle (5-1) – Last seen in June, but draws well for a barn that’s firing with everything they send out.
#7 Lily’s Dream (7-2) – Owns a solid record on the Matt Wynn turf course and must be considered for all slots.
R10 – Clm 16k/N2L
#8 Unauthorized Use (10-1) – Could wake up on the drop in class and two turns seems to be the preferred trip.
#4 Plumes (5-1) – Lightly raced runner has been freshened up a bit and high % barn usually pops 1st time lasix.
#2 Giant Red (20-1) – Makes 3rd start off current form cycle and if he can translate turf figs, he could light up the toteboard.
#6 Big Exchange (4-1) – Broke maiden on an off the turf event at Indy and Cox has had a great year. Should be forwardly placed throughout.
