#12 Heath (6-1) – Beat a nice group on a soft course at Kee and fits well despite outside draw.
#3 Tiger Ride (7-2) – Exits Grade 1 and is proven at this level. Her turn of foot should be on display here.
#9 Mizz Money (9-2) – She’ll be forwardly placed throughout.
#8 Josdesanimaux (4-1) – Has shown some talent and expect to make a nice account of herself in 2nd race back.

R11 – Sir Barton 100k

#5 American Freedom (5-2) – Burned some money on Derby day, but you have to respect the confidence of Baffert to bring him right back and stretch him out around two turns.
#7 Dazzling Gem (7-2) – Consistent sort was unable to make the Derby and has proven he can mix it up with top notch competition,
#14 Gettysburg (5-1) – Don’t care much for the outside draw, but he’s been handle well and should grab a minor slice. Projected Belmont starter.
#8 Moon King (15-1) – The time is right to go up against tougher and he can add some value underneath.

R12 – G2 Dixie (Turf 8.5F)

#4 Takeover Target (8-1) – BEST BET – Loves a soft turf course and has shown to be a consistent runner at this level. Saves ground early before angling out for stretch run.
#7 Grand Arch (4-1) – Has a fantastic year in 2015 and make 2016 bow here. Should be a handful in Belmont in next start.
#8 Prince Gargarin (Ire) (15-1) – Handled the soft going in U.S. debut at Kee versus a nice group and Matz has done extremely well with these Euro types.

R13 – G1 Preakness

#11 Stradivari (8-1) – Destroyed Alw company at Kee and Pletcher seems fit to try him against the division’s best. This colt has a world of talent and reminds me of Bernardini in 2006.
#3 Nyquist (3-5) – Derby champ has been flawless, but will have to deal with some serious front runners lined up here. He’s past every test.
#5 Exaggerator (3-1) – Looks to be the benefactor of all the speed and we know he doesn’t mind a wet track. He’s consistent and should be considered a key horse for all the slots.
#9 Abiding Star (30-1) – Runner comes in on a roll and is 2 for 3 on a wet track. He’s improving and should be taken serious.
#2 Uncle Lino (20-1) – Has battled with Cali best and he seems to be in peak shape coming into this. Look for him to strike the front early and try to hold on for dear life.
